Commercial pricing depends on volume, complexity, and scheduling. A typical office cleanout (single office, several desks and chairs) runs $400–$800. Larger office or retail cleanouts run $1,200–$3,500+. Property management turn pickups are usually $250–$650.
After-hours and weekend pickups have a small premium ($75–$150). Recurring property management accounts get scheduled pricing that's substantially lower per pickup.
COIs (certificates of insurance) are available for any commercial client — we'll send one before the job if you need it on file.

Yes — frequently. Evening and weekend pickups have a small premium ($75–$150) and need to be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead. For ongoing accounts, we can often build after-hours pickups into the schedule with no surcharge.
Yes. We carry $1M general liability and we send COIs to commercial clients on request. Most COIs go out within 24 hours.
Yes. We work with several property management companies in Cobb and Paulding County on recurring turn-cleanout schedules. Pricing is discounted per pickup, billing can be net-30 or net-15.
Yes. Even for large multi-room office cleanouts, we can bring multiple trucks or schedule a multi-trip same-day pickup.
For confidential paper, we recommend a certified shredding service first. For electronics with sensitive data, we recommend wiping drives or having them physically destroyed before pickup.
